1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
PLEASE NOTE: The product will only be returned in the case when either it’s a Defective Product or a Wrong Product sent.
- Unworn and Unused: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products marked as “final sale.”
- Items that have been customized or personalized.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at hibatullah26032024@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Cost of Return Shipping: Our management would be responsible for the cost of Return Shipping due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Rejection: If your return is rejected (due to items not meeting the eligibility criteria), we will notify you via email, and you may have the option to have the item returned to you at your cost.
